Design matching network for Bluetooth antenna.

Hello,

I am making a PCB with an apollo microcontroller with a Bluetooth antenna. I am using the following design from sparkfun,

I have two questions,

  1. How are the values for the components on the transmission line determined? This is the line going from RFIOP to antenna A1.

  2. What should be the impedance of the transmission line tracks on the PCB?
