DRC Bot Down?

Just curious if anybody has received DRC Bot response since Sunday night? I have tried multiple projects that have passed before on multiple e-mails and no response?

Thanks,

Adam

BTW - Keep up the great work Sparkfun; glad to hear that BatchPCB is going to stick around for a while.

I’m having the same problem, so it’s not just you.

FYI: I just rec’d all of my projects this morning @ 9:35.

Hey folks - sorry 'bout that. The bot was indeed wedged yesterday morning when I came in. I’ve been keeping a closer eye on it since, and will be tweaking the automation a bit in hopes of preventing this sort of thing.

Does anyone know if the DRC Bot is down again? I’ve been waiting on results for a while now…

Same here.

Judging by the other forum posts, it doesn’t sound like the BatchPCB service is very healthy right now - which is a very great shame, because it’s a great service normally.

Any chance of an update from the SFE folks?

FYI, while BatchPCB.com is hosted offsite, the bot itself lives on a machine at SparkFun headquarters.

We’ve been having some office network issues unrelated to the bot over the last couple of days, which has almost certainly led to slow turnaround time in processing designs.

I’m hopeful that these are resolved, but if anyone knows how to guarantee that x random small office network will have 100% uptime, I’d appreciate your letting me in on the secret (bonus points if it doesn’t cost anything).

Use straightforward, basic hardware (i.e. a simple DHCP/DNS and some switches), run all cables in walls or otherwise protected against damage, and ultimately just don’t tinker with it after it works. These secrets keep my network running 100%, ignoring power failure.
