do you have the actual connectors and, more importantly, their datasheets? They are all somewhat different so you will need to know the exact ones.
If you don’t have the data sheet but do have the actual connectors, your best bet is to make your own parts in eagle. It is pretty easy. Even SFE has a tutorial. (plus google has MANY hits, that really should be your first resort). You might get lucky and find a part that works as there is some standardization (but not a lot).

use the best ruler you have to measure the parts and look at similar designs to get ideas. Good luck.
