No need to spend any time as it is already there in Eagle’s extensive libraries.

74xx-eu or 74xx-us

To use the search:

  1. open a schematic

  2. type “use *;” - this attaches all libraries

  3. type “add”

  4. type “74c922*” in search field

TIP: You often need to include wildcards “i.e. *” for searches.
