Bluetooth Speaker does not have HFD is there software or something that will enable HFD

Ok I’m new here and don’t spend any time on the computer so I’m guessing that this was not the correct place to ask questions still I would like to know if HFD can be added to my Bluetooth speaker and/or where on this site can a newbie ask a question LOL :lol:
