Error - Aperture too thin
Other threads on this issue never said what the problem was,
so I am clueless as to what causes this and how I might identify where on the board this problem is and fix it.

Thanks. I found it.
It was a part that was too close to a pad.
I am facing similar problem while uploading at batch pcb .com

Make sure some of your traces are too thin, this will prompt the error for me.

In my case they were too close.

Well, we have made several suggestions.
You will have to inspect the layout item by item until you find it.
Zoom in and look very closely.
I don’t have a magic wand that will find where the layout went wrong.

I most cases it is a trace that is too thin, which is usually caused by text you have made that is a trace.

I ended up with the same error, and making the trace text into silk screen, it works.
BUT, is there a way to make the text come out thick enough to be used as a trace?
