Etching 0.2mm tracks???

Hello, I am trying to manufacture a one off pcb for an ARM cortex-M4 64 pin chip. It is in a LQFP64 package which means I will need 0.2mmtracks. Has any one done this successfully? How can I do this. The equipment I have access to is a UV light box and a rota-spary http://www.megauk.com/spray_etching_machines.php. PCB prototyping services are ridiculous for a 100mm board. I am also not sure how I would solder it without cooking the chip.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I would think it is doable, but you get no vias, no soldermask and you would have to put a rather low value on your time

or be in a hurry to compete with some like: http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/fusion … ?cPath=185

I haven’t tried them but 10x boards of 100x100mm is ~25$

I don’t have any problems with 8/8 mil tracks on my home-made PCBs, which is about the same as 0.2 mm. I wouldn’t make a board like that myself, though. I’d use ITead Studio.
