Example nRF24AP1 program for the MSP430

This is the functional equivalent of the AVR code downloadable from the Sparkfun nRF24AP1 product page. I’m using the OLIMEX MSP430-P249 board also sold by Sparkfun in this example. Just posting it so that other people may find/use it as a jumping off point.
