Exposing Qwiic Pi Hat 2.0 pins

Hello!
I’m using a Sparkfun Qwiic pHAT [DEV-15945] on a raspberry pi 5 but needed to access non-I2C I/O on the pi, so I (very crudely) soldered pins to the back side of the pHAT. While it did work, I don’t want to repeat that process. I have the extended pins but I’m not sure how to access pins in between the pi & HAT. Are there any solutions I’m not aware of? Is there a way to special order the product with long pins allowing connections on both sides of the hat?

EDIT: In another post I found the SparkFun Qwiic Mux Breakout - 8 Channel (TCA9548A). Hopefully this will permit I2C usage without obscuring the remaining GPIO

We also have a couple options for long headers https://www.sparkfun.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=long+headers

Mouser.com and Digi-key.com will have a TON of options

One of these would work too.

DigiKey offers 21570 as TALL GPIO FEMALE HEADERS - 2X20 from SparkFun Electronics for 2,13€ as well as our highrunner 2-215307-0 as CONN RCPT 40POS 0.1 GOLD PCB from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors

Thank you! Is there a way to order the pHat 2 without soldered pins? Thereby allowing me to more easily solder the longer pins myself?
Also, it would be really convenient (for me) if all the qwiic sockets were facing the same plane
