What is the frequency that I can send signals out? It looks like 1 millisecond, or 1/1000th of a second is the fastest timing. Does the DUO have faster timing? I want to turn something on and off about 2 million times per second, or 2,000 Hz. And I want to vary the speed of the on / off and also the power level at the same time, like the pulse width. Any ideas?
Sorry, I re-did my math. I want the motor to spin around 6,000 RPM which is 100 Hz. The ring motor I designed needs to change the current of a phase 252 times per rotation. So to hit 100 Hz rotor rotation I would need a write changes to the pins at a resolution of 25,200 Hz. And I just discovered the prescaler! Looks like there are options there.
