I purchased the micro:bot kit (KIT-16275) and built it according to the instructions. Plugging in the power does not power it on however. After debugging with the multimeter (I’m an electrical engineer) I discovered that the connection from the negative battery spring to the outside of the barrel plug on the battery pack is an open circuit. Can I please get a replacement AA battery holder?
