I got a XYZ 3d printer 1.0a from a guy for my grandson. .But when I try to get filament for it they are no longer in business. But I heard that they have a reset tool to reset the chip on the filament, does anyone know any thing about that, Joelle told me to post it here for the technical support team might be able to help
