I think it would be nice if there was a simple button for the topic poster to press when the problem they had was fixed. Other forums that I have been on have this option. It is nice so that people can actually see what problems people had and which were fixed and how. Also, it would help people know which topics not to target to help people. Some discussion boards you do not know if the poster is still in need of help or not.
