Hello,
I received a promotional e-mail for a 10% discount so I thought I would give it a try today.
After putting $76 in the cart, the checkout process shows free shipping. This is what I expect.
After entering the Promo code, the free shipping option disappears. This is odd.
Add more items to cart to account for the 10% discount and still have $75 cost, still no free shipping option.
Can someone explain the logic behind this procedure?
Does a promo discount never receive a free shipping option?
Is there a different minimum order amount with a promo order to qualify for free shipping?
