Now that Michael Fischer has removed the openocd from his website www.yagarto.ed is the only way to use openocd to go to the source and build it yourself? Thanks.

In the moment I do not know any other ways out. Therefore you must
build it by yourself. A describtion can be found here:

Thanks for the response. Just before I read this I found the berlios website. It seems to have an openocd windows installer. Is this an older version? How is this different from what Michael had on his website yagarto? Thanks.

The yagarto installer was created occasionally, and don’t care
about release version. Therefore it was a little newer.
