The L1 L2 offsets appear to be reversed in the literature. L1 or G01 in the ANTINFO file is 48.02 and L2 or G02 is 35.91. The E results refer to Galileo.
After perusing the file I believe you are correct. Ill get that fixed and paste the other info too for all bands

edit weird, it’s not loading for me now but I have it the data I need
