Graphic compass and inclinometer on Adruino as on IPhone

Hello guys and girls.

Sorry in advance if my question is unreal. I am newb. Yes I am, I know this  . So I have an idea for my project which I would like to do. I have seen Scooterputer and I really liked the idea of. However, I would like to do something different but with the same application. My plan is to create a compass with inclinometer and maybe gps coordinates being displayed on LCD with weather data, on the same LCD screen as which was used for Scooterputer. I would like have graphic compass and inclinometer displayed on LCD as IPhone’s apps do. My main question if Arduino can handle the graphic part of it? What do you fellas think about it?

I will really appreciate any input…. Cheers

Rotating a graphic, as your UI implies, would be too challenging for these simple LCDs. Also, your images as posted are 60K and 90K, respectively, and this again would surpass the memory storage of most Arduinos.

Be careful when planning on diving into applications with respect to judging tilt. Not only are accelerometers noisy with respect to their output, but with a scooter application you have to concern yourself with the acceleration or bouncing around of the scooter and requires a lot of mathematical calculations.
