GT-511C5 - it's real?

I found one page in internet - http://www.adh-tech.com.tw/?fingerprint-module,81 where I found datasheet for fingerprint scanner GT-511C5 (http://www.adh-tech.com.tw/files/GT-511 … 130324.pdf). But I can’t find any other information about this scanner in Internet. And I can’t find where I can buy this scanner. But I need scanned with memory for 500+ finger prints, so I can’t use GT-511C3 without hacks.

Can anyone say me: GT-511C5 - it’s real scanner? An if “yes”, where I can buy this?

Yep, I contacted ADH Tech in taiwan directly by email and they shipped it in record time.

It’d be great if sparkfun stocked it tough
