Help with a bluetooth thermocouple system !!!

I am in the works of trying to put a wireless thermocouple based system together. Any insight would be gratefully appreciated. I may or may nto be using a bluetooth data acquisition module

http://www.rovingnetworks.com/bluesentry.htm but i would like to know how to get thermocouples to work with this unit. I was told that i would need a breadboard with op amps and pot(s). Please help maybe we can work something out.

What kind of thermocouple and what temperature resolution do you need?

Wireless thermocouple transmitter is on my list of projects to get done and I may be able to help.

Depending on the accuracy required, you may only need an amplifier. Otherwise there are chips from Maxim, AD, and I think TI that will simplify the CJC and curve straightening.

Probably just bare type E from omega. resolution around 1 degree nothing crazy. i just need the form factor to be relatively small. something in the area of maximum dimensions 4"x 3" x 2". I would like to power off of a 9 volt or something to that effect. Any help would be appreciated and if a total solution can be designed I may be able to work something out.
