Help with sensors components and parts

I am looking to build a temperature and humidity sensor (preferable temperature range 0-100C), which can be powered by a piezo energy harvester (mechanical vibrations).

The two sensors should occupy as little space as possible and should be able to connect to a BLE module.

I would like to know if you can assist me in finding these 3 components (temperature sensors, energy harvester and BLE module) and to understand which additional pieces I would need to put everything together.

We only sell a board for utilizing a piezo-harvester, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9946 - combine that with a harvester sourced from somewhere else (designed for LTC3588 Piezoelectric Energy Harvester from Linear Technologies) - another suggestion might be to consider other power options (solar, lipo battery, etc)

As for the rest, this board https://www.sparkfun.com/products/16832 has BLE and works great with https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14348
