How does one program the LPC-H2106?

This part doesn’t have a JTAG port on top of it. How does one program / debug it? I haven’t seen any schematics to add a JTAG port.

Has pre-installed serial port bootloader and freeware PC side downloader.

So I just hook up a RS232 to the UART0 and program it? What software do I need for this?
