How to show an image?

HI there

I had a question which required showing an image. How can I upload an image? The image is on my PC and I do not have a URL for it. Thanks

Regards

It has to have a URL. You need to upload it to a host, somewhere.

Post your picture on a site like flickr.com.

Thanks Jandirks. Using your suggestion I opened an account with them and now I can ask my question.

As you can see from the image, there is a blob of solder and some liquid (flux I suppose) is spread around the resistor. It is the very first reflow I have done. I noticed that these two problems occured because I put a little too much solder on the pad. On my second try I got a perfect soldering without these two problems. Now my question is:

That little blob can easily be removed, but how to remove that over flowed resin (flux or whatever it is called)? Thanks

Regards

IPA (iso-propyl alcohol) is what I use.

Thanks Jandirks. Using your suggestion I opened an account with them and now I can ask my question.

Now, if you use the image tags, you can show the image directly the forums:

http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2168/218 … 32dbf6.jpg

This is how I did that:

  • I followed the link in your previous post

  • With the Firefox browser, I right-clicked your image and then selected ‘view image’.

  • Then I selected and copied (Ctrl-C) the link in the address bar to the clipboard, but without the ‘?v=0’

  • In this post, I clicked the Img-button, pasted the url from the clipboard with Ctrl-V and clicked the Img-button again.

Jandirks,

Thanks it worked. I appreciate your help.
