how to sync the time between the gps logger and my camera

like that i can geotag my picture.

The GPS module outputs UTC time from the NIST atomic clock, via the satellite navigation messages. Since you can’t change that, you’re best bet is to set your camera to UTC time. Here’s a website that displays the atomic clock time to within 0.1 seconds:

Once you have your camera to exact UTC time, you should be able to geotag your pictures.
