I have a doubt about the intended use of USB Blaster with openocd.
Would be the intended use of USB Blaster with openocd to program ARM microcontroler or configure Altera fpga and cplds?

It can be used for either, it depends on the software. It was actually designed for Altera FPGAs and CPLDs, though.

Does it work with your ARM microcontroller?
I tried it a few weeks ago, but I always get the error “all zeros”…
