Is it possible to still get the "real" AT90S2313

Is it possible to still get the “real” AT90S2313, not the Tiny replacement chip that I find everywhere if I search for the 2313 IC?

I recall once upon a time SFE carried them and I got several but those are long gone in the abyss of projects gone bad throughout the years…

Findchips shows a few that are available:

and I think that I’ve got a couple.

They haven’t been made for some years now. Why don’t you use the Tiny2313?
