is it working for DIY USB programmers??

AVR-P40-USB-8535

i want to DIY a AVR-USB-programmers for atmega8535

so i download this document

but i can’t understand

is it can programming atmega8535 for usb ???

i don’t use LPT or RS232 port programmering

That is just a devlopment board for the 8535. There is no programmer on-board. You will need to build an AVR programmer but I am not familiar with any USB types that are DIY.
