JTAG Tiny not recognized

Hi,

in my development environment I use a number of JTAG Tiny USB adapters from Olimex connected to MSP430 development boards.

I have noticed that some of those connectors are not recognized by Windows anymore. When I connect the adapters to a different computer I get the same message"USB equipment not recognized".

Is this a hardware problem or can this be solved by reflashing the devices.

If they can be reflashed what’s the method to do this?
