klpa receiver problem

hi… i got the klpa t/r pairs some time ago and i’ve tested them upon receipt… then, i replaced them in their packages and didn’t do anything at all… just now, i opened it again and tested… the receiver, apparently, isn’t working… i tried the transmitter using another receiver and it worked… only when this certain receiver is used that it doesn’t work… please help… what could be wrong and how do i fix it? thanks!
