The iQ is connected to uart0 on the LPC; presumably this is Port 2 (since the default iQ config is to spit out NMEA on port 2).

Is the iQ Port 1 wired up to any of the LPC pins, if so, which ones?

If not, is it possible to alternate between NMEA and TSIP using the same port (i.e. Port 2) ? I tried a quick test to do this and once in NMEA mode, Port 2 doesn’t seem to accept any TSIP packets; presumably I do need to communicate with Port 1 to either use TSIP or send 0xBC to reconfigure Port 2 to TSIP.

The TSIP port isn’t connected to anything on the GPS Logger. I’ll try to get the schematic posted this afternoon…
