i want to know what type of signal Lassen iQ produces, i mean either it is inverted or not.do i need an inverter to use it to communicate with PC RS-232.

I’m not exactly sure about that model, but quite a number of the other GPS’s that I have used (ET-202, PG-31) do give an inverted output. You should be able to easily convert this using a 74LS05 or 74LS04 hex inverter IC.
This will simply invert the signal and allow you to easily interface the GPS to a PC
