LED strip colour profile

I have a question in regards to LED strips…I have a Volume (VU) Meter DIY project I‘m working on that involves mixing one "through hole” addressable RGB LED with one addressable LEd RGB Light strip …The problem I keep running into is sourcing ‘Actual’ RGB addressable LEd strips, because they are always in the Wrong Color Space Profile ……At this point I’ve ordering several different types online, listed as RGB, But all are in the wrong profile …. The are listed as RGB addressable but actually the Addressable IC chips on the LED strip are written in a GRB color space …. So the colours show backwards when combing… Greens show as Reds …Reds as Greens …. Cyan as Magenta, Magenta as Cyan….It wouldn’t be a problem if I was trying to mix them into a single string, Or if could find Actual “RGB” LED strips that need a 5volt power supply. I’m wondering if Anyone could direct me towards another resource…. They seem like they are really hard to come by …. Any advice on Addressable RGB LED Strip / RGB color space, 5V would be incredible.

Thanks,

James

Since, you are looking for addressable LED strips, you can try neopixel LED strips
