LPC2000 - backup then re-program back possible??

I just received my LPC2148 board. I have gotten the LPC2000 to connect to the board over the RS232 port.

I would like to know, can I use this tool to

  1. retrieve the current FLASH contents to a file?

  2. re-write this file back to the board afterwards?

Basically I would like the ability to put the board back into a working order if my code breaks it so to speak or if I wanted to re-sell it at sometime.
