nxp has a appnote for running uclinux on a lpc2294. anyone here been able to do the same? (olimex site still says uclinux is in the works, no updates on if its done yet).
any ideas if the ARM-JTAG or Amontec-Jtag (or other cheap jtag) would work with any LPC2294 board. The phycore looks interesting
The only thing with the phycore is that you won’t be able to fully use uclinux on ths design since it hasn’t enough RAM en Flash memory. It’s possible but you’ll have to heavilly down size uclinux image. You atleast need 2MB Flash and 4 MB RAM. I suspect olimex might have some difficulties with porting uclinux to there design lpc2294 evb. Which seems rather strange odd it ahs already been fully proted.
phycore does have another version of the board with 8MB flash, you have to call and ask them about it.
