Hello Dears,
Can i expand LPC-E2294 to be attach with a multi ethernet port not one port?
You can know what is LPC-E2294 that i have on this link
http://microcontrollershop.com/product_ … cts_id=946
Thanks

Do you really need multiple ethernet interfaces? Unless you are building a router (e.g., a firewall,) the answer is probably no. Consider getting an ethernet switch at the local computer shop and saving time and money.
Thanks troy for your important replay
I wish to do that but…
Assume i am really want to design (router-Firewall-etc)
which development board i use to that purpose?
Thanks
Tanahy
I’m looking at the [development board schematic.
It looks like you could add another Ethernet chip (and transceiver, etc.) to the main data bus. Like any good development board, most of the uC pins are in use. You’ll have to find some pins on the ARM you can use for the second LAN IRQ, chip select, and other control signals. It’s do-able, but it will take some doing.
There are a thousand different Ethernet boards you could add to this one. Spark Fun has a few under the “Breakout Boards” section. Nerdvilla is clearing out the old EDTP stock for about the same price.](http://microcontrollershop.com/Images/lpc-e2294-sch.gif)
If this is a one-off project (i.e., you 're going to build only one) and you don’t mind learning something new, you might check out [Atmel’s new network gateway board. It is AVR32 instead of ARM, but it has the two network connections you need.](Atmel 32bit AVR Network Proc Kit - SparkFun Electronics Forum)
