My application needs to have full duplex operation at 6MBytes/s for 16 channels through Ethernet.Can combo of W5300 and NXP ARM7 LPC2368 accomplish the task. W5300 is a high network performance chip with maximum 50Mbps.If not, please suggest me other combination.

6 megabytes/sec = 48Mbits/sec = 60Mbps at the ethernet layer due to overhead.

My application needs to have full duplex operation at 3MBytes/s for 8 channels through Ethernet.W5300 will anyway support.Please suggest if LPC2368 will support which has
ARM7TDMI-S processor, running at up to 72 MHz.

yes, lpc 2368 is support with the ARM7-TDMI-S processor, because my project on this topic.
