Well, I know they will do at least 2cmx2cm because I had a batch made a few months ago. Usually, they will V-score and “snap” them up for you if you don’t specify anything else. However, on the batch of 2x2 boards, they v-scored them and sent as a whole panel. I had to snap them myself, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.
Sometimes I request them to be panelized and V-scored, but left in tact for assembly reasons.

Jason,
Thanks for your response. If a board is V-scored, do you need a tool to separate the boards? Will the board edges will be smooth and professional looking or rough? Will the V-scored board be easy to snap? how do you do it? Do you happen to have an image of the edges of a snapped board? Thanks.
Yeah, I have to admit the edges are a bit rough, BUT not bad. At least, V-scored boards from Gold Phoenix.
It seems like everytime I have somthing V-Scored, its a small board that will be inside of a DB9 housing or heatshrunk and the edges are not that much of a big deal.
Like suggested above, a table edge and a fine rasp or file will clean them right up.
