Modulate multiple ID LEDs

Hi everyone,

how do i go about modulating an IR led? is there a library i can look at?

Does a simple arduino uno allow modulation at different frequencies? ie 8 different frequencies at the same time?

first project, sorry if im missing important information.

You’re asking about how to essentially ‘blink’ the LEDs ON/OFF at different frequencies, correct?
