MP3 Trigger operational questions. Sequential?

Before ordering a few of these expensive boards, I have a couple pre-order questions.

The description mentioned ‘Sequential tracks’. I emailed tech support, after referring this question to a SF ‘engineer’ they suggested I post my question here.

  • With any input, can the file play as long as long the input is present? (continuous or 1-Shot?)

  • When there are two (or more) simultaneous inputs, will the files play one-after-the-other, repeatedly, until the input stops? Like play 1, 3, 7, - 1, 3, 7, etc. input 3 drops: play 1, 7, - 1, 7. Input 1 drops: Play 7, 7, 7…

In our application more than one event can occur simultaneously and needs to be announced.

Yes

Yes, though note they must be stopped - this is configured in settings https://www.robertsonics.com/mp3-trigger in the robertsonics app

Also check out our guide https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/mp … -guide-v24 for getting started (and the robertsonics site is better for specific info)

I’m now trying to direct my questions to Robertsonics.com as they have the Configurator App that looks like it is used to alter the firmware behavior of the MP3 Trigger and WAV trigger modules.

Kind of surprising that no one else has any experience or answers about this…
