If you are looking for a great application of the technology for this year’s FreeDay, see How We Did It at http://www.sparkfun.com/news/782, just scale it up and get Ticketmaster to adopt it. I’m sure Springsteen would endorse the plan (http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/ … s-20120127) so his fans could get access to tickets. Ticket sales could actually be spread out over days rather than minutes or hours. What a concept!
Now, I might expect some reluctance form Ticketmaster, but with enough legislators interested, I would think that reluctance could be tempered.
Sparkfun, the technology is yours so have at it. The idea is mine, but, available for a commission of 2 cents a ticket. We could both be comfortable in our old age.
