I’m new to your products and am overwhelmed with all the options. Could you help me get started by providing recommendations for components for a kit that:
- accepts analog data from an accelerometer at a sampling rate of 20 kHz or higher
- does an FFT on a 10-minute snippet of raw accelerometer (audio-like) data
- saves the snippet in a .wav file and the FFT in a file (e.g., csv) on a uSD card
- saves the GPS location in a file
- transmits the GPS lat/lon and FFT elements back home via Iridium to a server or email address
This is intended to be a device that is deployed in a remote location with sufficient battery power to last several months. The Iridium message would be sent once every 3 hours.
(I recently saw the DEV-13116 Spectrum Shield board on your site. This is the idea, but I need there to be many more bands than 7, more like 50-100 bands.)
Thank you!
