Newby doubt... XOR checksummer?

Hello All,

I’ve purchased an Etek EB-85 GPS and i’m playing a bit with it. Now i’m trying to send my own “commands”…however if i need to calculate the checksum. I know the theory about it, but i am not very good at programming.

I’m just wondering if any of you have found any online NMEA-MTK checksum calculator, or if there is around any program that i can use for this.

Sorry about this stupid question, but i have seriously searched the internet and i did not found anything suitable for me.

Maybe you are thinking that there is code out there that i could use…but the fact is that there are codes developed in c#,.net and for matlab…and i do not have visual studio or matlab :frowning:
