I was wondering if anyone knows how to scan for the nike plus sensor using a normal nrf24l01 or similar chip? I know sparkfun has a nike plus Adapter to plug in the reciever but the application provided is using VB6 Code and the MSCOMM control is obsolete so I can’t get at the source code. I have visual Studio 2008 but its unable to upgrade the project due to the missing MSCOMM control. I was really hoping to scan for the sensor with my nrf24l01 and PIC I’m just not sure how to scan for it… I know the basics of running the NRF but I don’t know what channels, pipes, etc to look for.
Any suggestions,example code, or at leaste an upgraded project using dot net code would be greatly appreciated.
