Not Working: MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor with 2.0 LED Shield

I tested MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor for muscle contraction. My set consisted of MyoWare 2.0 LED Shield mounted directly on MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor in standalone mode. I used the Kendall ECG Electrodes (see attached image).

All the LED lights illuminated for a moment when I turned the on/off switch on the LED Shield to ON position. After that there was no illumination or blinking of the LED lights when I contract the muscles. See the attached video. Please help.

I purchased:

1. MyoWare 2.0 Muscle Sensor and Kendal ECG Electrodes though Amazon

2. MyoWare 2.0 LED Shield (DEV-21869) directly from SparkFun (order # 000150952 dated 09/19/2025)
