Olimex AVR-USB-JTAG extremely slow

I noticed my Olimex OPENOCD-USB-JTAG programmer is significantly slow these days. I do not think I have changed anything in the setup, and for a similar code size the programming time of 50k worth of flash takes over 90s! I did change the jtag clock divider to lower values but that does not seem to do anything.

Any idea of what’s happening!?
