OLIMEX BOARD AT91SAM9260 , WHICH ETHERNET CABLE?

Hi , I’m the lucky owner of an OLIMEX board based on the AT91SAM9260 .

In the NAND flash there’s already installed the linux kernel and I can connect to it via an rs232 cable with my laptop equipped with LINUX UBUNTU 8.04.

I’ve a question about the ethernet connection with wich I can connect to the board to transfer files between the host laptop and the ARM target board .

Do I need an ethernet hub and two ethernet cable or can I simply use a twisted ethernet cable?

You should be able to pickup a crossover cable and directly connect the AT91 board to your laptop. You will either have to set up a DHCP server on your laptop or give your AT91 board a static IP address, though.
