I want to use the Olimex USB tiny to read/program the JS28F640 strata flash. I have attached a 20p JTAG connector onto this memory. I get contact with the flash with a ULINK device. It doesn’t recognize the device, but gives me this information: IR length 7, ID 0x12955049. So now I have connected the device with the Olimex USB tiny and I only get the startup error with openocd that there is a jtag communication error (or power failure, etc). Is there software available to read/write strata flash devices with the FT2232 or do I have to write a program myself. Any help on showing more information with OpenOCD would also help. Thanks in advance for your help.
