Hey all, I’m about to help someone with a project. They want to grab temperature values from a sensor that is connected to this Omron E5CC unit:

I’m wondering if anyone has worked with this unit or something similar? If so, any advice? It looks like a straightforward serial communication with lots of ASCII data to dig through. I should have the unit in a day or two
