ON/OFF SparkFun IoT RedBoard ESP32 Development Board by long pressing button?

Hello, good morning from Asturias, Spain.
Would it be possible to use SparkFun Qwiic Button to turn on/off a SparkFun IoT RedBoard ESP32 Development Board by long pressing?.
I have a project in mind in which a 3-second press turns the board on, and a long 10-second press turns it off, but I’m not sure where to start. This qwic board with a button would be very useful to be able to place my buttons anywhere in my plastic box.
