I’ve installed that version a few hours ago. There seems to be a Installer bug left.
After installing my path variable was deleted and only the path of the new installed one was in there (…\Eclipse3.2.1\openocd-2007re141\utils\bin).
I hope you can get it out of the setup to do such amazing things 
… took me about 1/2 of an hour to realize how many programs need that dam** temp var.
