OrCad / Drill File & Gerber Issues

Anyone with experience with OrCad 10 submission?

I did the whole drill (no pun intended).

I.e. I did the following re-submitting at each step to see if that helped. Each

time I got a $25000 quote.

  • I check the alignment of the .tap file with GerberTool and it looks fine.

  • I used GerberTool to re-format the drill file into the required precision.

  • That .drl file was hand edited to remove extra constructs so that the drill file format is exactly as shown in the web page Eg:

No luck.
